Half Albino White Tail Deer in Williams Oregon

The pictures are of a young fawn born this winter and are local pets as I call them because they were all raised in the local area. I understand that in the white tail deer there is about one in 30,000 are albino. I have been hunting many years and been on ranches all my life and have never seen a white tail albino deer. The pictures were taken on my property at Williams Oregon. I hope nothing happens to this little guy because would love to see it when it gets older. Do not know if it is a buck or doe so need of asking because cannot get close enough to see what it is.
