Landlords be aware

I am giving the landlords a site to see what renters will do to you and caution you to check all prospective renters and anybody else that moves in the house after the deal is established. Do a credit check and a background check it is very important and do not go by your gut feeling these people are experts in the renters business. I tried to get the insurance company to help me make the needed repairs and I guess you know what they said on most of it. It is just ware and tare sorry you should of inspected your house more often. You know renters can make up excuses to keep you from inspecting but there is one way around it. You can suspect a water leak and you can enter the house even if they are not home but you had better have witnesses with you or you will get accused of rape or something. I am not say all renters are bad but just beware there is some scumbags out there that use the system to the hilt.

The people lived in this house for one year and it was a very nice house before they moved in and they were late on there rent several times. Just be sure to give an eviction notice as soon as the law will allow and do it right or you take a chance of losing thousands of dollars in back rent and repairs.

These pictures that follow are only a sample of the things that was damaged in this house. The living room carpet has numerous burns the linoleum in the dinning room was destroyed with big holes in it. These people also got help from every government agency available and the told me numerous times that they did not pay taxes because they were paid under the table when they did work. I guess you know we the tax payers support these kind of people. "SURPRISED" LOL

Can you imagine setting on this toilet. I have seen toilets in garbage dumps cleaner than this one.

Garbage in master bedroom closet plus when i cleaned it out the smell would almost knock you over. Carpet has to be replaced.

this was a nice white wall 12 months ago and they even took the dryer plug and left the bare wires hanging out.

Kitchen cabinet and almost all of the drawer pulls were missing plus the upper ones were missing also so could not be blamed on kids.

Can you imagine eating anything cooked on this stove. The chrome liners appeared to have never been cleaned.

These people had little kids living in the house less then 2 years old crawling around on the floor. And they actually ate food cooked in this oven.

  Out side of the greenhouse I suspected garbage inside.

One day the door was open and this is what I saw.

This was inside the greenhouse. Can you imagine growing your vegetables in here now.
